Laura Coxson is a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years experience working within various settings of hospital, home and community-based service. Her experience spans a variety of specialty programs and locations such as Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Neonatal ICU, Cardiac and Multi-Organ Transplant Program, Neurosurgery, Trauma and Plastic Surgery through her affiliation with the University of Toronto. Laura has spent seven years at the Grand River Regional Cancer Centre & Grand River Hospital, supporting patients through complex cancer care and treatment.
